We’re a small, independent business based in the heart of Norfolk. On our farm, we grow a wide variety of gourmet and functional mushrooms. We use local, surplus or waste agricultural and timber materials as growing mediums. We manage every aspect of the process, beginning with liquid cultures right through to harvest.
